DISSASEMBLY
HPR professionals remove the roofing, the cabin's deteriorated protective shield, and begin the disassembly process to get at the underlying problem in the lower log courses of the cabin.

First the recent metal roof was removed.

Then the older, dust covered cedar plank and cedar bark roof
were removed and saved for reuse.
As the dust clears, the cabin is disassembled. Often, many logs can be reused. HPR professionals catalog and index each reusable log. This assures that the cabin's original integrity is restored upon reassembly.
HPR professionals get down to the bottom of the problem.
Complete exposure reveals the true extent of the sill log damage.

REASSEMBLY
The reassembly process starts below the ground digging and setting an all weather foundation.
After hand peeling, new logs are set in place on the new foundation, notched to match the originals and the reusable logs are returned to their original positions.

Quickly the cabin takes on its "old" look ...
